How it works

Upload the record set — PDFs, scans, mixed-format exhibits, anything the carrier or attorney sends over. The platform runs the pages through OCR, then uses AI to split the file into discrete documents (progress notes, imaging reports, prior authorizations, utilization review decisions, depositions, and so on), classify each, and produce a structured summary keyed to the original page numbers.

The output is a downloadable case summary plus an analyzed report ready for use in an independent medical evaluation, deposition prep, or settlement evaluation. Every claim in the summary is linked back to the source page so it's defensible and verifiable.
